1. Which products do you offer?
We offer a variety of metal materials. This includes Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Metal Powders as well as nil demand Aerospace materials.
2. Do you only sell metal in bulk?
Order quantities are showcased in the filter section. You can order multiple products by selecting how many you want next to each product.
3. Do your metals have lead times?
Lead times for products may vary. Products that are currently listed are in-stock. Quotations will detail lead time on products.
4. Do you offer advice depending on customer projects?
Yes, we offer added value services. We can help you with Fabrications, Coil Pressing, CNC Machining, Plate and Bar Cutting, Laser Cutting, Guillotining and Waterjet Cutting. For support with a specific project, please fill in the contact form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
5. Which types of industries do you offer your services to?
We supply many industries with our products. A few of those include Transportation such as Aerospace and Automotive, Consumer Goods, Agricultural, Construction and Engineering. If you have an industry specific queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
6. What are the different grades of Aluminium that you sell?
We have a range of grades available for our Aluminium stock. these include the common 6063 which is commonly used for general fabrications. We also sell 6082 - which is available in different angles, sections and bars and is most commonly used for structural applications.
7. What is the density of the Aluminium you sell?
Although the density of Aluminium depends on the different grades it is sold in - the alloys of aluminium does not vary widely and ranges between 2,640kg/m3 and 2,819kg/m3.
8. What is the difference between your Sheet and Plate products?
The thickness of plate is above 6mm, whereas the thickness of sheet can vary from 4mm to 6mm. If you are not sure of which product range would be best suited for your projects, please do not hesitate to contact us.
9. What are metal powders used for?
Metal powders are often used to prevent corrosion in metals. Instead of paint, a thin layer of metal powder is applied and heated to the metal that you want to protect and even doubles as an aesthetic yet protective finish.
10. Do you offer aerospace products?
Yes, we have a wide stock range of aerospace products which are from our aerospace-approved sites, according to AS9100 and AS9120.
