We have set up tkHero’s to recognise the achievement of the few, who have shown exceptional motivation and commitment.
Ian Thompson – Design Engineer
Ian Thompson - Design Engineer
Ian has been working day and night using our 3D printer to make face shield parts so they can be combined with the plastic faceguard and given to Keyworkers and the NHS.
He has also designed and printed face mask clips which allow our shop floor workers to wear the mask without the straps rubbing their ears and causing further discomfort.
Albert Moore – Operations Manager

Carl as Group Head of Health and Safety has the massive challenge of keeping all 600 employees safe during the pandemic. This challenge though, he has taken on.

Steve Murray – Operations and Logistics Director
Steve Murray – Operations and Logistics Director
There would be no need to cut and pick the material if we couldn’t deliver it to the customer and people who need it.
Steve and his team have been making sure that the delivery schedule is communicated internally, so any further communications can be sent onwards.
He has also been making sure that deliveries are still within an acceptable timescale and keeping to the social distancing rules.
Bruce Merrison – Operative
